Performs specific duties related to patient meal services including trayline, diet office, and delivery to patient care areas, complying with regulatory requirements and standards of practice developed by the department.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least six months work experience as a Hospital Diet Clerk with experience assisting patients in selecting meals according to their prescribed diet modification. Completion of college level nutrition courses desirable.
